As is my habit, I "accidentally" went into the Bargain Cave at the Cabelas in Hammond, IN today while in the area. Good way to kill lunch hour.

In the section where the reloading stuff is, I happen across 4 boxes of Berger .20 cal 30 grains, marked down to $6 a box (100). They also had 3 boxes of Berger 7mm 168 grain VLD's, regularly $40 marked down to $13.65.

If anybody is in the area and wants some Hornady V Max, they had a bunch of those for cheap. The Bergers in my calibers are gone...:D

Man, I am too far away. I have gotten some pretty good deals in the bargain cave but they are few and far between.

was in there on friday, they were not there then, i do v-max in 224 and 308, i am sure they will be gone when i get back there......

At Cabela's today, I bought an RCBS 7mm-08 neck sizing die (NIB) for $8.99! And the heck of it is: I was actually looking for 7mm-08 dies.

At the Cabela's I go to those marked down bullets are usually opened and less than full. Be careful you didn't buy a box of 60 instead of 100.
