scope mounts

I was wondering if anyone had any information on finding MOA adjustable scope mounts. I was given a old pecar-berlin scope by my grandfather a while back. I know very little about the scope only that it dates back to pre WWII. It is a fixed power scope with no reticle adjustment. I am assuming that all adjustments were made through the rings and bases. Scope is very clear with a fine plex. Any suggestions please.

Bausch & Lomb used to make W&E adjustable mounts for thier Balfor and Balvar scopes without internal adjustments.

Pachmeyr did too.
The only couple or three problems are:
Finding one.
Finding the right one for your rifle.
And the rings were made for 1" scope tubes, and that probably isn't what your old Pecar has.
