In response to the bill to ban partial birth abortions, California Sen. Dianne Feinstein said:
"I wonder why we are bothering passing a bill that is so clearly unconstitutional.”
This from the lady who brought us the Assault Weapons Ban…

The Constitution means as much to her as toilet paper. Sometimes it's convenient to have around, sometimes it's a nuisance.

Membership in Congress should require a mandatory, taxpayer-funded six-week course on the Constitution taught by a cross-section of Constitutional scholars. Those with grades below a "B" would be prohibited from voting on legislation.

I got attacked by a looney on line who said I was full of it when I said the constitution specifically gave congress the power to wage war. Fortunately, the constitution is on line somewhere and I just did a copy and paste to shut him up. Unfortunately, this brain dead yahoo was a grad student at a major university which means he is teaching other young people.

Now now she loves the constitution, she said so, Parchment makes an excellent butt wipe (soft you know), and since she's completely full of feces, she needs to wipe with it often. In fact everytime she opens her mouth she needs to wipe the excrement from her lips. Thats why she has her own personal copy of the constitution to use as she sees fit.

Note to self-look up Roe v. Wade when I get home.
IIRC, Roe, even the badly reasoned, unweildy piece of judicial legislation that it is, allows the government to regulate abortion during the third trimester.
So Sen. Feinstein is doubly ignorant. Not only can she not clearly understand Amendment X, which would seem to me to place regulating abortion as being a power reserved to the states, but she doesn't even know what Roe, that piece of leftist holy writ, says.

I thought unconstitutional grandstanding was a job requirement to be a U.S. Senator?

Actually, you know, parchment, being chemically treated lambskin, would be very rough for, erm, yeah. Maybe that's why she's such a PITA; she's got such a bad one of her own. And please tell me how letting a baby come slightly out of the birth canal and then sucking its brains out is "constitutionally protected."

The Constitution means as much to her as toilet paper. Sometimes it's convenient to have around, sometimes it's a nuisance.
For the record, toilet paper, in reasonable quantities, is ALWAYS convenient to have around, and is NEVER a nuisance, unless you're 2 years old, and don't want a clean butt.
Similiarly, the Constitition is only a nuisance only to power hungry tyrant wanna be s who desire to cram their agenda down your throat.

rock jock for president! (of course the president couldn't do anything like that, but it's the thought that counts, right?)
