Hello all,

Just wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of who makes these?

Many thanks,

B

Ok I have discovered that the black one is a TACMOD SNIPER CHASIS SYSTEM, but the tan one is a little harder, any help?

"Makes these" what? The glass shelves, or the steel braces?

I have finally found a gun I would not shoot even if it were given free. Thanks. My stomach is a little upset after that.

JK. To each their own. What booth were they at and I'll ask my brother if he saw them?

I saw those, but walked faster as I went by. Did not pick up literature or note the company.

Did not think I had to account for those that are not burdened with too much intelligence. Of course I am talking about the rifles in the picture and not the shelves, but I guess you really do have to spell out the obvious for some. Gdcpony, thanks for the offer and yes I am sure they are not for all, makes this sport interesting don't you think. Not sure what booth they were at as I did not make it there this year.

Thanks anyway.

im more curious on the price tag, and what one could easily do to a normal AR that will match the performance of both those rifles. too many parts that could fall off or loosen or cause worry

I remember Savage had a new VERRRY tactical police sniper dealy rifle, but I'm certain those aren't them.

I think they look fine. The only reason 99% of us buy this crap is to play grown-up GI-Joe, so I don't see why one wouldn't go for the stuff that looks "over the top" in regard to looking like a storm trooper military rifleman.

Looks like a Remington 700 action.

Probably the latest "tactical-jobbie" rem700 workshop.

Have you checked gunblast? He usually has a comment on these things, dunno about those in particular, however.

I'd guess that both are tacmod stocks. Their websites lists two places to get them from. I could only find it on one of the sites and they sell it for 1400 for just the stock or extra 500 for the stock if you order one of their custom rifles.
