Used to be that Wildcat Bullets did, but I heard the owner is in the process of selling the business. If the deal does go through, then I know there were dies for 169 up to 200gr rebated boat tails.
Might also contact http://bullettsbullets.com/, not sure if he has the dies as of yet but worth at least checking.
Look at Hawk, or try Alaska Bullet Works, haven't seen a site for Alaska / Kodiac in a while but have shot a few of their bullets in .308, and they shot great and held together as advertised. I have some Hawk's in .284 but have not had a chance to give them a try yet.
The issue you will run into if using a standard .270 and weights over about 160grs, is stabilizing them in the standard 1-10 twist. If your running something bigger and can get the velocity up then they might be worth it, and again, it never hurts to give them a try either.
