He's cammoing his eyelid. Kind of defeats the purpose of hiding your head and closing your eyes if you've got two (eye sized interestingly enough :rolleyes: ) big flesh colored patches in the middle of something trying to look like a bush.

Obviously lots of people here who have never put on issue cammo :D . A little baby oil on your face first helps it go on much easier (the stuff has about the same hardness/consistancy of a candle). There was a reason that we always stocked up on the cammo cream that some hunters use ;) .

When I first looked at it, I was under the impression that his eye was open and the camo was in direct contact with his eyeball. Now it looks more like he's sweeping the camo across his eyelid towards the camera (thus bunching the skin up).

Yes, Greg, I've put on plenty of issue camo, and I suspect the other folks who kidded along with me knew perfectly well what he was doing, too.


From your comment about hunter's camo cream, I'd guess I was putting on issue camo when your mom was putting on your diapers.

If you warm it with a lighter first it goes on a lot easier, and thicker. Yup, baby oil is good, so is cold cream. Makes it easier to get off, too.
