No real reason, just like to use different ones.
How big are they? They are about 3 5/8'' Closed.

The shield on the middle one almost looks like a Harley emblem.
The burl one is incredibly beautiful. They're all beautiful, but that one is especially so.

What steel do you use? If stainless, would you consider using traditional carbon steels such as 1095 for fans of carbon steels?

I do use stainless ( ATS34 Rc. 60 - 61 & cryogenic quenched )
Sorry to say, but I do not plan on using any carbon steels. - :(
