found their brief here on an unrelated net search. Talk about wanting to gag..

I'm sure the ambulance chasers would love a quick call telling them what a fine job they're doing. :)

The Brady Bunch strikes again.

Filed in WA, home of Bulls Eye, firearms mfg elsewhere (New England area?), felony homocide crimes committed VA, MD and down South... I'm surprise that the Brady Bunch didn't have a law firm in every state these bozo's passed through as they had intended to commit these crimes (being criminals and all already as domestic violence and illegal immigrant status are crimes of a sort) and Bushmaster MUST have known that their "negligence" in allowing a criminal to travel unimpeded throughout this nation, placed ALL OF AMERICA AT GREAT RISK, thus its every true blooded Americans DUTY to join in a class action lawsuit against gun mfg and auto mfg (heck throw in tire and gasoline mfg/distributors as well) to help these lawyers get rich... er, I mean provide some benefit for the survivors of a serial crime spree.

Since Muhammed and Malvo probably ate food while acting as criminals, we'd better sue the farmers who grew it, the mfgs who processed it and the restaurant chains who sold it as well, as they MUST know that criminals will eat and use their product in an effort to mantain adequate strength to commit crimes.

(Who did I miss?)

Clothes... If the bad guys wore clothing... nail Wal-Mart (deep pockets) as they sell clothes, food, tires, guns and ammo and should be aware that their products will be mis-used by the criminals of the world.

It was well written (of course I'm no lawyer) and interesting to try and figure out who did what, filed what kind of paper here there and everywhere.

Why file it in WA if the victims reside back East? Or the Mfg resides elsewhere? Is it because its the location of the alleged act of negligence by a licensed (federal, state and city) business (Bulls Eye) by a criminal, stealing a firearm, where Bushmaster SHOULD HAVE KNOWN that this was going to occur? Probably. Or is the state more favorable to this type of lawsuit than other jurisdictions?

Who has the majority of negligence here? Bulls Eye, Bushmaster, the ATF, INS, Tacoma PD... whoever has the deepest pockets, and the worst lawyers, of course.

It it wouldn't have been this law firm, it would be another. Thank goodness they're there when you need them.

Its a mind boggler.

Adios

It's a good thing the "snipers" didn't use Sarah Brady's .30-06.

"Bushmaster also markets 40 round ammunition magazines to the public, allowing shooters extraordinary firepower without the need to reload."

Talk about irrelevant!

There's definitely some shady stuff that went on with Bullseye, but ultimately because the Government through the BATF licenses dealers and mandates that manufacturers can only ship to licensed dealers, no liability can be assigned to a manufacturer that sells to a dealer when the only evidence of arms trafficking or other evilness is indirect.
