Flobert identification questions

I have a 6 mm Flobert pistol with a 10" barrel. The stamping looks like an eagle or a falcon. Does anyone know of a company which made Flobert pistols and used this stamp? Or did the Flobert company itself use different stamps?

Also, anyone know of a Flobert or Parlor Shooting Forum?
