I am looking for an SPX single point sling mount. Does anyone know which if any will work?

There aren't any plate mounts out yet with the correct profile. Kinda sad, really since it wouldn't take anything at all to do one :(
One thing I have seen though is burying a push-button quick-release in the wrist area and using that. Give me a few minutes and I might be able to dig up a few pictures of what I'm talking about.

Someone told me that a Remington mod 870 tactical sling mount will work on a Mossberg 930 SPX.

An 870 front sling mount will, yes. The 930 and 870 share near identical barrel-magazine tube dimensions. Not so sure about the receiver to buttstock profile.
I still haven't found the picture of that SPX with the QD mount, but what the person had was a Push Button Swivel (http://www.unclemikes.com/products/push_button_detachable_swivels.html) inset into the wrist area of his firearm (left side).

I joined this site just to answer this question!
I have a 930SPX and found a website that showed the Wilson Combat sling mount you are talking about. It is the vertical sling mount, and it fit my 930 perfectly. Even the finish is spot on.

The only QD cup mounts I would ever trust on a firearm are made by Grov-Tec. They are actually very similar to the Uncle MIkes listed above. Easy to install. Drill a hole the size of the flush cup wherever you want. Apply 2 part epoxy or JB Weld to the hole and flush cup and screw the flush-cup in. Use a rag with acetone to clean up any mess or residual oozing. Let dry and done.
I plan on doing this to my 930 SPX someday.
The heavy duty Grovtec flush cups actually screw into a hole that you drill.
