Fair selling price for a Glock 26?

My neighbor gave me a G26 (thru an FFL of course). it was made in 1999 and has 1 magazine and Heine trijicon sights. She claims she never fired it at all.....and it looks it. no box, no papers.

what can i get for it privately sell?

Why is it that I never get the good neighbors? The last new one I bought was $500.
