Last month I was able to add an Uberti Colt Walker to my young gun collection.

Wanted to take a "group" shot.

From top to bottom:

Armi Sport, 2-band Enfield (.58 caliber)

Uberti Colt Walker (.44 caliber)

Pietta 1851 Colt Navy (.36 caliber)

T/C Hawken (.58 caliber)

shhhh thats a young collection. last time i tried to take a picture like that of my guns i had to clear out the living room floor put a sheet on the ground. Then spent a good 30 minutes lining them all up. Then i found out in order to get them all in the picture i had to get out the ladder and almost lean against the cealing to get them all in the picture. Now i know its been a while since i did it but i guess one of these days i will have to get out the ladder and do it again.

Right now my collection hasn't had the ability to multiply :( must be the lack of GREEN in the general diet :confused: but that will hopefully be a short term problem, because these babies do seem a bit lonely.

Dontcha just love 58 cal rifles? I have 4 of 'em. I like my Musketoon the best but also have a Zouave, "Buffalo Hunter", and a St. Louis Hawkin. My C&Bs are TNTC*

I inherited my Dad's underhammer .58 with about a four foot brass scope on top.Crude mounts tho'.When I'm rich and famous [or get my taxes back] I'll get Malcolm mounts.

Hellgate: I am still relatively new to shooting, so I have nothing to compare my two .58s to, but, yes, I love shooting the Enfield and the Hawken!

Can't believe what I've been missing out on all these years. Work and family kept me pretty busy, but in the summer of 2006 I finally took the plunge when I saw the Enfield on sale at a store in Gettysburg. Been hooked ever since.

On the bath mat -- it's what I use when cleaning the guns on my deck or doing a little touch up work in my home office.

This is just the start, I see a flint lock in your future, possibly several. Your T/C is almost a identical twin of mine.
You well outgrow the bath mat to a blanket, your hard drive well fill with photo's of your fire arms.
It seems like I just took this photo of the complete collection, now it only shows half of them.

I love your LeMat. How does it shoot?

It is tedious to load, the shot barrel cap well FTF on occasion. I file the face of the cap thinner to make it more sensitive, that really helps. It's a pita to disassemble and clean, but it is joy to shoot. I'll fire nine rounds and that well draw a few stares, then when the center barrel goes it's draws a crowd. I've been watching GB for a Navy model to add.

It's a 1858 Remy, hard to tell from my crappy photo. I do have a 1860 Colt Army, a Centaure, made in Belgium. I got the Remy off GB last fall, seller had it listed as nickle plated, I think it's chrome, holds the shine to well for nickle. It's a Navy Arms, made in 76 by FIE, I believe. It's 4oz lighter than it's Pietta sister, smaller grip, I kind of like the feel.

If your looking for a stainless 1860 Army I saw a Colt 2nd or 3rd gen on GB. First one I ever have seen. Had a starting bid of 6k for a cased pair.

The chromed Remmy is likely a Euroarms as they have the smallest grips and are the lightest of the Remingtons currently made. I like them. They have the smallest grips.

Hey,Hellgate did you get my Remmie stainless over on SASS?I swapped it and some boot and ended up with a Remington .38 Kirst conversion,so I'm happy,but that stainless Remmie had the absolute best action I ever felt on a revolver,cap or cartridge and it locked up like a Swiss safe!Whoever got that one ended up with a sweet deal.

Thanks, that gives something to dig for. It was imported by Navy Arms and the only possible manufacture stamping I can find is under the loading arm and looks like FIE all stamped together, it's not a definitive stamp. Did Euroarms use three letter stamp ID?

FIE was an importer in Florida. They generally imported Italian guns - shotguns, rifles, handguns and some percussion guns. The percussion revolvers were made in Brescia and generally of low quality. Whether that's the source of the stamp on your gun or not is unclear. Euroarms predecessor was Armi San Paolo and they used the letters DGG linked together.

4v50 yes its a quilt my wife made for a bedspread and she sure gets mad when I put the boys on it for pics lol oh well she gets over it.

Howdy Thumper. You'll enjoy it hear, great group and we can agree to disagree. That small Colt is a Uberti "Wells Fargo" .31 Revolver with the 4 inch barrel. Fun little pocket pistol.
I'm in Portland/Milwaukie, the area is known as Ardenwald, east of Sellwood and south of Woodstock.

I only go through Portland when visiting my kids and grandkids in Eugene. We were almost neighbors once, I lived in Scio for about 8 years. I think some did and some didn't, at least on the originals. The replicas, anything goes.

Wow, now that's impressive. Another one to add to the 'list'.

The Howdah is a blast. The listed starting loads are light. I have gone from a 25gr to a 35gr, next trip I want to work toward 50-55gr. I found a shop about 100 miles south that makes rb for it. I need to make the drive soon.

How do you like the Kodiak? The Howdah is the only Pedersoli I own and I'm impressed with it's quality.
