Is there anyone that is familiar with the website and its benefits? I was wondering if I could get $27.00 worth of use out of it. I am not sure it would have anything better then what I have right here. Thanks to all on THR I am learning a lot.

Well it may be worth it and then again it may not.$27.00 is fairly heavy for a one year sub.A friend has it.
Some good info, but to me no more than you can pick up right here or on other fine firearms forums.
Than again,I subscribe to Gun Tests, which is just as costly, and my wife thinks I'm nuts.

I just subscribed, so i'm not sure yet- i did enjoy the first magazine, have not had enough time yet to really get into the website, but there is good info on the forum pages. an item of note, my wife also really enjoyed the magazine, there were articles on females and handguns.

I've been a member for several years. It's been worth every penny, to me, and I'm one of the "Full" members. Give it a try, I dropped a few magazine sub's because they weren't giving me the value I expected, but I'll keep my membership to USCCA going as long as they are around.

Subscribed last year and have continued the sub for the 2'nd year (at the full $47. rate). Their forum is just ok, but the real value is the magazine, and other on-line articles they have. They have back years of the mag that you can download as .pdf's - a lot of great info. Not sure how many years I'll keep up the sub, as not sure how long they'll have new (to me) info. but for now it's very useful.

I do like the mag's the fourm is ok as well, I don't like the online mag but i'm in my first years, on the online msg from the founder is repeated about ads of what your should buy get tiresome. I think 27.00 is a small amount of money for something you may enjoy more than other such as my self. Best of luck.

So, what's the current consensus of the USCCA? Price has apparantly jumped considerably since February. When I checked the other night, it was $47.
Now, that's 2-3x what I pay for my other subscriptions (most offer a first year "bargain price" to lure you in, then jump to the $20-25 range). But, this seems to be one of the few mags that are directed at the average Joe License. From what I've seen ( a friend gets this and has let me look at some back-issues), it has real-world advise, reviews, and commentary.
What seems to be the opinion of USCCA? Yea or nay?
