Question for competitive rifle shooters

I have a Winchester pre 64 Model 70, 30-06 Target rifle that I would like to have rebarreled since the original barrel is shot out.

My question is can someone recommend a gunsmith to do the work? I live in Michigan, and someone local would be nice, but not mandatory. Barrel maker recommendations would be nice too.

I don't know any gun plumbers in Michigan but any of the top name barrel makers are OK. Hart, Krieger, Broughton just to name a few.
