Does the Glock 21sf erode the market for the G37?

No. There never was a market for the G37. It was Glock's way of refusing to build the guns the market did want. S&W is currently profiting nicely from Glocks arrogance.

I'd say that Calhoun hit the nail on the head. The 21sf might give those people who thought the standard 21 grip was too big more of a reason to buy a .45acp Glock. But I'd say that those people weren't interested in the G37 in the first place...since there pretty much is no market for them.

So my opinion is no, it doesn't erode the G37 market.

There are people who consider the SF = Still Fat.

It was always fat. SF is short frame.
