With my eyesight, I'm not into serious competition, but want/need an inexpensive shooting jacket. Back in ancient history, when I was active duty Navy, there was a facility on each base where sailors could buy issue-style uniform parts. Not the Exchange. I live near Quantico and thought of them as a potential source for shooting jackets, but cannot remember the name of the office/facility that sold the uniform parts.

Can anyone help me with the name that the Marines use for that place, so I can at least use the right vocabulary when I start asking for its location? Maybe as simple as "clothing sales"?

Are you talking about the PX ? Besides that, the shooting Jackets can be found from suppliers in Shotgun News. Freds M14 Stocks also has look alike jackets for about half the price of a real one.

Yep clothing sales is the name for the uniform store. As noted already if you search for "Marine Shooting Jacket" you'll find quiet a few places carry there own model for cheap.
