I have to question if the country that this person is referring to is the USA.
In every case, a CDC task force found "insufficient evidence to determine effectiveness."
If you have 10,000 laws and can't find any (sometimes explenatives are warranted, but still not used in polite company) evidence, what conclusions can you draw? Perhaps that there is no evidence being generated?
