I have about 200 of these bullets. What is your load in 44mag for these?

I have Win231, Win296, Hogdon 110, AA#7, AA#9, Titegroup, and Unique available.

Those are fine bullets. For 44magnum they're more along the lines of light and fast, so it depends what you're looking to build the bullet for. What type of shooting are you hoping to do with them? Can't help you much with loads in those powders though. Have heard IMR4227 works well with a 210gr bullet. I personally favor green dot.
