Hey guys. Just got my first nice shotgun. Its a Fausti SxS from the 80s. Anyways it came to me bone dry, so where do I lube it? Do I just oil it at the moving joints?

I use a Rig Rag with Rig Grease on 100% of my shotguns' surfaces: interior, exterior and bearing. Of course none of my shotties are horridly expensive.

Ive never had a problem with any mine if you oil the bearings and where ever you dont want corrosion.

A little grease on the hinge pin; a drop of oil on each extractor/ejector - that should work. Fausti my have an owner's manual, (if you didn't get one) that might have more details
