I have a old Winchester Model 12 shotgun and a Belgian Browning Auto Shotgun. I need Manuals or disassembly / assembly instructions.

Any Help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure how many differences there are between the 12 and the later 1200, but there's a manual for that one at http://www.biggerhammer.net/manuals/

Try to find a copy of TM 9-2117, it's the military manual for the 12. "Field and Depot Maintenance, Winchester Riot-Type Shotgun M12 and Stevens Riot-Type Shotguns M520-30 and M620A"

Here's a diagram of parts that should get you started:

You can also rent the armorer's course DVD from smartflix for ten bucks.
