I got this baby last week alone with a Hi-Point Carbine but i have't had the chance to post pics or a review untill now. It come with a standard 10 rounds magazine (glock version) but you can use the 17 or 32 rounds magazine from Glock pistol.

Always found them interesting and have come pretty close to buying one a couple of times, myself.

Someday maybe.

Congratulations on the acquisition and I hope you enjoy it.

I think their ok for a truck gun, but IMO they are to lightly built to take much abuse. That being said they represent a good gap in the carbine market, not sure why anyone else hasnt stepped up to the plate since. If I had to spend $600 on a carbine, it would either be a Marlin camp 9 or a Ruger PC-9.

Mine was $299 a few years ago when they came out, and well worth the money. I can carry it folded with 4 x 33 round mags in a standard briefcase, and still have room for a sandwich. Mine is accurate enough to shoot at 50 yards, but I just can't use those sights at 100, and not a single malfunction in several hundred rounds.

what's the max range of a 9mm out of those guns?

I wouldn't consider the Sub 2000 to be especially lightly built. The sights are none too strong, but the mechanism seems pretty simple and rugged. The strong point is concealability, the worst thing about mine is that it is the dirtiest firearm I have ever fired. Kel-Tec's laser sight is worthless, it's too bad their isn't some way to attach a red dot sight.

I almost bought one of these just because it was like $300, darn good deal but I passed because it had that BB gun feel and Im not a big fan of keltek. Im sure youll enjoy yours. different strokes for different folks.

I was skeptical the first time a shot a 9mm sub2k a few years ago...but I was very plesantly suprised at the accuracy. I picked up a very lightly used .40 S&W/Glock 22 mag version last fall for $400 otd including 3 15 round mags and 4 10 rounders (2 still in the package!). Mine is super accurate. I can hit a 6" metal plate target at 50 yards all day long shooting off a bench bag.

I don't have one of these, but I hear that the 9mm is pretty flat out to 100 yards.
