Stock sets can be bought in various ways, including the internet auctions like eBay, Gunbroker, etc.
Numrich arms might have them, and other web sales sights may have them as well. Try doing a search on military stocks, or specific 1903 Springfield stocks - there are sales places that specialize in surplus and old military parts.
Generaly the 1903's are good shooters. I have owned a number of them over the years and while the old two grove rifling does not give match accuracy, they generaly shoot better than expected.
Lately the value has climbed a bunch on these old rifles. All matching clean examples can bring $500 to $700 , or at least that seems to be what people ask for them.
Now in the past , like the day I took my induction physical, they were pretty cheap. That day I bought a new one in cosmoline for $25 . It's been awhile ago ! LOL

You can also buy a newly manufactured stock set in issue configuration from Boyd's. Check the catalogs from Midway USA and Brownell's.
