Are there any restriction on a person to person sale, interstate, on hi cap mags. If so, what states prohibit such a sale? Thanks

Kali prohibits the importation of hi-caps (ahem, regular magazines) long before the Feds had their ban. Per se, if the state doesn't prohibit it, the buyer can buy. The seller can still sell to an out of state buyer in the seller's state at which point it becomes the buyer's problem when importation comes into play.

Realistically, if fruit/vegetables (quarantine b/c of infestation) or drugs or even aliens can be smuggled, is anyone going to be checking for magazines? Stupid laws by stupid people.:fire:
