Have a S&W Model 645 . Like to know year manufacture , Ser#TAZ44-- . Also what other series grip panels will fit it ? Thx.

Those were only made from 85 to 88. That number is likely 86. Can't help with the grips.

Sorry to say, but as far as I know, NO other grip panels will fit your 645. :(

having said that, have you tried Numrich for a pair?

Just bought grip panels from Midway about 3 months ago. Made by Hogue grips.

The grips are unique to the gun, but replacements are available.

I got some from Novak's. They are fully checkered and look good, to boot !
