New Mac-10 semi-auto on the market?

While at a local gunshow this weekend I handled a Mac-10 45 acp that felt quite sturdy compared to others I have held in the past.
I can't remember the brand though. I want to say it was something called "Master Precision", but not sure. Couldn't find a website for "Master Precision" if that is the company's name.
Anyone else heard of seen any new Mac-10 manufacturers out there?

the company is masterpiece arms. they are much much better than the older mac-10's. a buddy of mine bought one at a gun show and the only problem we had was that twice the magazine dropped out of the gun while firing. i believe it was due to a weak mag catch spring, or his hand hit it inadvertantly. other than that, it is a sturdy weapon with very light recoil, and it is fairly accurate.

I'm sure you're thinking of "Masterpiece Arms"; they do a line of MAC-style pistols called the "MPA" or "MAP" (not sure which). HTH

I did a search for a "Master Piece Arms" website and was nable to locate anything. Do they have a company website?

Check out http://www.tickbitesupply.com/mpa.html , for a quick shot of some of their stuff, hosted by a retailer; I'm not sure if Masterpiece (one word) Arms has their own website, but they have been advertising in SGN lately.

http://www.masterpiecearms.com/ is their official site. It's a bit funky right now, though... I'd stick with SDC's reference (even though they failed to give the prices  )

I was quoted $300 bucks for the 45 acp version of the Mac-10. What suprised me was how solid the gun looked and felt.

I can only hope they make better firearms than webpages. My eyes!

I kinda like that FALish 9mm carbine on tickbite's page.

Cobray still makes their post-ban .45 and 9mm Mac clones.

I actually saw that FAL 9mm carbine at the last gunshow. It was actually kind of cool. I think it uses the 71 round drums for the SUOMI and if I remember correctly these are reasonably inexpensive.
It felt pretty nice but I kind of brushed it off because I had no idea who masterpiece arms was.
I personally wouldn't buy one unless I could confirm it was safe and reliable but all in all it was at least very cool looking and feeling.

If you have a M11/9 subgun or a pre-ban semi- M11 you want to register as a SBR, check out this...

Maybe Oleg should give those guys a tutorial on how to take digital pictures, and someone else could help them out with the web design. I bet some 5th graders could make a better website than that one, I wanted to dig my eyes out with a rusty spoon while trying to read it.
