Test Loads For Pressure Testing New Break Action?

I'm milling a 4140 receiver for a single shot break action turkey gun. It'll have a commercially available 12ga barrel chambered for 3" shells. Does anyone know where I might find test shells or test load data for pressure testing? I need to produce in excess of worst case pressure for a "smoke test" using a heavy car tire loaded down with sandbags and a remote trigger (string tied to trigger).

Apparently, these test loads are available and they are brightly marked so they would not be inadvertently used for general shooting purposes. The idea is to "guard band" the pressure limits of a new or uncertain (antique) shotgun. I could load my own shells, if I can obtain load data appropriate for my testing needs.

Thanks,

-Cal
