That's an excellent bit of work, jmorris. A very clean fabrication.
I see you can pluck a shell straight out of the heating flame and hold the head in your fingers. It would seem to be a pretty good sign that you are not getting the head hot enough to change the metal. Apparently no quenching needed.

I have contacted everyone that had sent PM’s wanting a “blade” and scale traces of the top plate, drive wheel, and arms, after I ran out of the last batch. After sending them to everyone that has been waiting I still have a few left if there are any “do it yourself” types interested send me a PM.
