On a cz-75b turk can you take out the firing pin safty and shoot it with out damage to the gun?:rolleyes:

You can, but there's no real benefit in doing so -- and some potential disadvantages (from a safety perspective.)
There's extra linkage in the frame that activates the firing pin block (plunger) and that can't really be removed.
You'd do better by polishing the plunger/block in the slide so that it functions more smoothly, and getting a good trigger job. And maybe using something like "Action Magic" [Brownells] on the internals.
When that's done, the firing pin block is, for all intents and purposes, no longer noticeable. The trigger job alone will make it a non-issue.
(I've got a pre-B, an 85 Combat [no FPB], and a Compact 75B -- and except for a heavier main spring in the 75B Compact, the triggers aren't really all that much different, and the 75B Compact is probaby the most accurate of them all... to my continuing wonderment.)
