I recently saw a used Stoeger Condor for sale at a local Gander Mountain. I am looking to purchase my first Shotgun. I like the looks of it. It was an over/under model. Looks to be really easy to operate. Looking for and would appreciate any feedback, pro or con. Looked at the new ones online and think they look great. The used one was $349 and looks nice. A new one has a MSRP of $599. Thanks for your input.

I have a standard Stoeger Condor in 410 and find that they are a great value for the money. Absolutely no problems and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.
There are those who post here who believe that anything under $1500 is a piece of crap. I know better.
There are two models in the Condor line, a standard version and a Supreme version plus competition versions. They will do the job well, without breaking the bank. They are made under the Beretta/Benelli banner in Brazil.
Here's a link to the place that I ordered mine from, out of Texas.

$349 is steep for even a pre-owned (never fired) Condor. Like the others have said you dhould be able to get a new one for that much. Gander Mtn. isn't exactly the best for prices but you shouldn't be afraid to look there for a deal. The Mentor store has (was there when I went last a few weeks ago) an Ithaca 37, new model I suspect, that the price on didn't jump out at me as being high, though it might have been outrageous. Wish I had remebered what it was so I could check on it. It never hurts to take a look at places like GM and pawn shops too since they don't always know what they "really" have.
It doesn't hurt to write down the SN and price in such a situation to bluebook it.
