I was loading up some rounds using my LnL AP and about 6 rounds into my session I noticed that the decap die started to feel tight. I tried to squeeze out one more round and it felt like I was putting entirely too much force on it, so now I'm here writing this post. I took the die out, disassembled it, cleaned it, and even tried using a different case lube and I still cant get any cases to go farther than a few hundredths of an inch into the mouth of the die.

anyone else had this problem?

I use the carbide dies but have never had such a problem. Other than the tightening of a nut here and there mine has loaded thousands upon thousands of 45 acp cases great. I never have used case lube either.

Are you using range brass? Perhaps you got ahold of some that is more blown out than normal. I have heard of some Glock .40s having this problem, but have not heard of .45s doing it. Check your unresized brass with a caliper.

pause...

I just got back from measuring some unresized .45 brass. I had never thought to do that before . I got about .480 to .485. Also, I crushed a couple of cases yesterday while resizing, because they were a little too far out of round to fit in the resizing/decap die. :(

I think what you really mean is that you are having trouble with your re-sizing die. Check and make sure your de-capping stem isn't screwed down too far.

Take all the other dies out of the press and try it again with just the sizer/decapper die. Adjust if needed. Then reinstall the other dies. The only time I have had that happen, when the sizer was adjust properly, was when something else was out of whack. A case leaning and hitting the bottom of a die etc, etc.
