With the Zero 125gr HP bullet length (avg) length I can compute the seating depth in the data I have. I've good load data (including COL) for this bullet using N320 powder.

I need to adapt a 124gr fmj PD bullet to this data-- I just want to compute the seating depth of the zero to get a COL starting point for my PD bullets.

I hope this makes sense. Thanks

These are Zero 124g fmj (not 125g as requested). Bought 3000 in 2007 and shot all but 10. Kept these for posterity.

Ants...Thank you . I apologize, but I had a senior moment and left off 'Hollow Point'
I need the HPs

Those are pretty close to Win FMJ lengths

OK. I only have two Zero HP on hand, one is .570 and one is .577. How does that compare to your other bullets?

The Zeros are a lot closer to the same length of a FMJ than I would have guessed.

I was loading Win 124 FMJ and switched to Precision Delta 124 FMJ. The PDs were .003 shorter (blunter nose) than the Wins.

Your Zero HPs are only a 2 hundredths or so shorter than my PD FMJs

My Zero Load data with 4.0 Vit powder gave a COL as 1.10 @ 1035, so Not having done the detail math, it's about 1.12 +/- for the PDs. 1.08 is the min so this isn't far off. The plated bullets are probably faster so I may have to shorten it a 'skosh'.

Thanks again.
