Seriously thinking about the Berretta Storm in 9mm.The ammo will be somewhat cheaper and easier to get.I have heard it was a good gun, quality etc..Would appreciate some input.
Thanks HK23BEACH

I had one, got rid of it due to it being too large for my hands. Wonder if I should have though, considering I have yet to shoot any other 9mm as accurately. Recoil is almost non-existent. Zero FTF/FTEs when I shot it.

There is a very large Sheriff's dept by me that has issued the PX4 in 9mm to well over 1200 officers. From the feedback I've gotten, most like it very much.

If it suits you, go for it.

The PX-4 rocks! It is probably the best hammer fired polymer pistol on the market.

Accurate, easy to break down and almost impossible to reassemble incorrectly. Has three different backstraps to help fit your hand. My only complaint, it is a bit difficult to conceal because of size. You will not be dissatisfied with the PX4. I own two, a full size PX4 9MM and a PX4sc 9MM.

The Px-4 9mm is a fantastic weapon. I've had the F build for about a month, and wish it had been my first pistol, not the second. As mentioned previously it has three different sized backstraps to fit your grip, rotating barrel design makes for negligible recoil. This pistol has little muzzle flip, and very nice DA/SA trigger pull. The only change I'll make to mine is the addition of Trijicon night sights.

If you get a chance to rent one, definitely do. If you can only fondle & dry fire, and find the ergonomics/pointability to your liking don't be afraid to buy; you won't be disappointed. :D

IMO the only drawback to this weapon would be size: a bit big for CC, but perfect for my HD needs.

I bought mine 2 years ago, it has about 10,000 rounds thru it and I have never had a failure of any sort that wasn't human error! It feeds just about any ammo you can put thru it. It is also my main carry gun. 17+1 is pretty nice capacity. I run Federal HST's for carry. I would highly recommend it. It was the first pistol I bought, and even after shooting so many other guns, it is still a pistol i am glad i bought. go for it!

I bought the PX4 because it was a very ergonomic mid size pistol with good capacity. I also liked the decocker, good option to have. I did upgrade my sights to trijicon night sights which wasnt too expensive, about $79 last year. The sights were worth it for me. my local range is pretty dark, plus those trijocons are just sweet.
