Anyone have any experience with Prvi Partizan ammo from Serbia? i need to get some ammo for a couple of my 6.5x55 swedes. Other ammo for this gun (links to in-stock selection would be great). I'm not a big fan of steel cased, but this stuff says non-corrosive, brass case, boxer primed. Would love to hear if anyone has strong feelings one way or the other. Thanks.

I've used Prvi in 7.5mm Swiss and .223. Great stuff, though it smells a little weird (when fired). Quality is on par with any of the domestic manufacturers.

the general consensus on the board is that it is very good ammo, especially for the price. I'm on a very limited budget, and I can get .223 75grain match Prvi Partizan for about 9 bucks a box. I haven't found a factory load that matches the accuracy for my AR. I also buy that brand in 7.62x54r when I dont feel like shooting corrosive ammo from my mosin nagant. great stuff - there's always something more accurate, but nothing comes close for that price.

I shoot it in .303 British along with Wolf Gold and S&B. It's all been good ammo and the brass is very re-loadable.

I shoot it in my 9.3 x 62 seems like good ammo at a good price.

Cool. I recently aquired two half bubba-ized swedes. One is destined for a sporter, the other, who knows? But I will try out some of this ammo, thanks.

+1 on the 75 gr. match .223. Very good stuff, and packs a nice punch.

I've shot a bunch of their 30-30, 308, and 223 and it's all been good.

Darn right it's good ammo especially considering it's low price. It's loaded to higher pressures than most American ammo.

I have heard from a number of people that the brass is very good. Time will tell.

High quality ammo. On par with well known US brands in my opinion, and much cheaper.

Before I got into reloading, I used their 75gr .223 with some luck in the occasional high power match. So I'd say it's pretty good.

I shoot it in 6.5x55 Swd., 7.5x54 Fr., 7.5x55 Sws., 7.62x54R, .303 Brit., and have never had a problem with it. It's a great buy if you want to stockpile the brass til you get a reloader (as I am).

My only problem with them is that they don't (that I've found anywhere) produce loaded ammo in either Jap. cartridge. They produce the brass to sell to other companies like Hornady (and to reloaders IIRK), but I have yet to find loaded ammunition.

I use it in .223 Rem, 7x57mm and 8x57mm. I really like it.

Yes, ammo shoots consistently. I've used 8mm Mauser, 303 Brit, 7.62x54R and now have some 7.5x55mm to try. I reload and the brass is very usable. I'm on 4th loading now (200 pieces) of 303 brit. I full length resize so I'm going to be sure to check the case heads for signs of separation.

I shot fifty rounds today through my Saiga. Nice stuff and did not dirty my gun as much as Wolf normally does, given it was only fifty rounds. Pretty accurate as well.

Prvi-Partizan is very good ammo for it's low cost. It's virtually identical to the Wolf Gold line as it's made at the same factory.
The brass holds up well for reloading too.
I've been using PP SP bullets for reloading too and they appear very similar to Rem. Core-Lokts in construction and seem to have the same accuracy potential.
I weighed several for consistency and they varied less than .1gr for all.

bought 100 rounds in 300wm, Used it to sight in and play around with it. I shot 1moa groups at 100yds with it, Remmy Sendero. Not bad at all for "cheap stuff". The brass reloads great some brass on 5th reload.

I hope Winchester and Remington are listening. Maybe they will improve their brass especially in the .303 British.

some metric caliber ammo for winchester is made by PP. with the winchester head stamps.

its good, loaded to original specification in most cases. SO it may not be what you would want to use in a poorly rechambered rifle. Otherwise, have fun.
