The rear of my AR reciever is bent can a gunsmith bend it back into place? My sling came off the other day when I went shooting and fell on butt stock.

If the Receiver Extension (Buffer tube) is bent you can replace it fairly easily yourself for about $50. I can't Imaging the lower itself bending. I have seen a couple actually break over the years but there's not much "bend" in 'em.

If the reciever is bent, trying to bend it back will break it. I have never seen one bent, broken, yes. I would not shoot it, as it will probably break anyway. Take it to a gunsmith. A new lower should be less than $200 installed, and if you can find one at a gunshow, a stripped lower should be less.
