I order 30rd PMags from Brownells over 2 months ago and they are still showing out of stock. Is anyone getting these on line anywhere?

not just at Brownells, but all the "gun" stores around here too.

most of the popular bullets aren't stocked much on the shelf either, usually 223, 308, 45, 9mm are out of stock, but they say on order

I sometimes see them for sale on the local classifieds... you might be able to get someone to ship them to you.

I ordered "several" from Brownells on 12/5/08 and they arrived on 2/20/09. The only advice I can offer is; get in line and be patient.

If you are looking for an alternative, you might try the Lancer magazines. I also bought "several" of those in 08 and I'm pretty happy with them. They aren't Pmags but they are close.

AIM had Pmags (windowed, $17, 1 cent shipping) in stock two weeks ago..... Took them about a week to get shipped, arrived today :)

It's luck of the draw on Brownells, I think, based on when they get shipments in from Magpul and what order you're in. Last time I ordered some from them in December, I had them inside five days, but sounds like you got the other end of the bell curve, unfortunately.

On the plus side, they haven't jumped their prices for them at all last time I checked.

They're always for sale on Gunbroker.
I got four.
Now if you want them for $17, then wait.

Who makes translucent polymer mags for the AR? I see a lot of posts with them and would like to try a couple. They look pretty nice.

The clear ones are Lancers. I've got a couple that seem to work -- they feel a little more flimsy than PMags to me, but have held up so far (though I haven't really treated them roughly since getting them).

I ordered some P-Mags from Brownells before the election and I got them in about a week. The week after Obama was sworn in, I made another order from them for some cleaning stuff and small parts. I added 2 P-Mags to the order. Everything showed up in a week except the P-Mags. Brownells said it would be about a month before those arrived. It took a full two months before the P-Mags arrived. This wasn't Brownells fault and it wasn't MagPul's fault...supply and demand related to the election results and people's vision of the future.

I found them all over the net. Go check some of the vendors on ar15.com. Easy to find if you stay away from the big box stores like Brownells.
