Taking photos illegally at a showing of Spy memorabilia; there is some sort of poetry in that:) Thanks for sharing them.

No doubt you would have been interrogated under the infamous Cone of Silence until you broke down and confessed to all.

I've seen so-called "Man from U.N.C.L.E." guns pop up from time to time on the internet auction sites. Generally they have very large price tags attached to them, which cools any enthusiasm I could generate for wanting to own one. Lord onlys a real P38K is expensive enough these days.

You are lucky to not have become a "Prisoner" along with Number 6! Neat pix. Thanx for sharing.

I can remember when all I wanted for Christmas was the Man From UNCLE spy set and lots of caps to go with it(I really haven't changed much, come to think of it).

That is David McCullam. He played the Russian agent Ilya Kuriakan(sp) in the show.

It was alway the most fascinating gun to me, but on the practical question, 1) how do you get a two piece barrel to be accurate and not come unscrewed during shooting 2) how do you sight the pistol with no front sight 3) how many NFA stamps do you need for a two piece silencer and shoulder stock pistol ( and two of the guns were full auto, too) There are fellas making up operational guns, both pistols and carbines, but mostly they will only be blank firing. I made up a live firing pistol, but to maintain the profile, it never had a front sight, and was across the room accurate only. It did look cool, though, but most any newer DA9mm had a better trigger pull, and functioned better.
