Please contact members of the House Public Safety Committee and urge them to support HB 1301 with no gutting amendments. This is a vital piece of legislation. It takes a while to email all of the members on the committee, but it is worth it.

I know the senate version sb730 passed 30-1 and they sent it to the house as well.

I don't know the status of the house version getting out of committee. I think that is where it dies last year.
