At least for the first 3 shots. I had no idea where I was gonna hit on paper, so we each took 3 shots at our respective 3" bulls, and we drove down to check the target. I said "Damn Boy, you just out shot me!!" We were shooting my RRA Predator Pursuit, with my reloads, my Son shot a 1" 3 shot group, where mine was 2", we went back out and finished our groups, but still pretty close at 10 shots each. It was both our first time at 200yrds, what a blast! We ended up shooting a little under 3" groups, with the best at 2.40", it was pretty windy, but not sure what effect it would have at 200yrds. Next week we'll hit it at 300:D

:D This is true!! He popped off 3 shots like nothing to it, and I couldn't believe my eyes at the target. I'm laying there, taking my time, probably overthinking it:cool:

Very true about the young eyes, makes a difference. Apparently you are teaching him proper rifle techniques. Be proud that he is doing so well and keep up the practice, good job.

All I can say is take credit for being a good teacher...Also, keep him going to the range and out of the messes so many young people get into when they dont spend quality time with good role models.

Thanks for the compliments, guys:) I do my best to keep the kids in line. We've been shooting together since he was 7, even had him shooting a Barrett .50, a few summers back. Didn't think of the eye thing, I'm glad someone made my reloads look good:D I took the camera, for some action shots, but the same kid stole the batteries out of it. Oh well, theres always next week.
