Any of you guys have experience with Top Brass? My dad said he bought 1000 or so 10mm cases. Good stuff?

Dan Scharch is a machinist by trade, and makes some of the finest brass I've used. If you'll look at the primer pockets and flash holes of the brass your dad bought, you'll see the difference between it and the run of the mill brass.
Hope this helps.

Good stuff. Dillon says its some of the easiest loading new brass (less "sticky" in the powder funnel) you can get.

I purchased 1000 10MM they were the only people who had any and were also the lowest price
What an unusual situation !!
I found it to be very good quality, as good as any I have reloaded
I would not hesitate , in fact will go out of my way to buy from them again.

Do they have a web site? From who did you get yours?

Here is the link to his website: http://scharch.com/
Just like everyone else, he's low on inventory right now, though. Don't call Dan unless you've got an hour to spend on the phone. He does like to talk......
Hope this helps.
