What is the UPS COD charge that I see mentioned when talking about shipping reloading materials?

COD charges? Cash on Delivery?
Think it 7.50 per box and it has to be a money order made out to the vendor I think?

So this is an option. Instead of paying for something using a credit card online, I can have it shipped and then pay UPS. However, they charge a fee, a COD charge for this service. Am I correct?

Yes. I've only used COD once in my life and that was back before I had a credit card.

No, the COD charge is for an expense incurred for collecting the money and paying the shipper.
