just got my c&r lisc and have had some conflicting information given to me..wondering if there are any C&R members who might have some answers...since we need a permit from the sheriff to purchase a concealable weapon from a normal ffl do we have to have this to purchase c&r handguns? and i work in illinois can i sell a C&R longun to someone in that state if i happen to find a better one for me to keep as long as they are legal to accept.....just wanting some feedback

I had a friend in MO w/ an 03 and he bought C&R handguns w/o permits from the Sheriff.

I wouldn't want to fool w/ IL residents, as FOID takes precedence over federal regs.
