Could someone please give me some info on the following:
"Twist Steel Barrels: Are they safe with modern loads?
"Fluid Steel" Barrels: Are they safe with modern loads?
"Damascus Streel Barrels": Are they safe with BLACK POWDER LOADS?

Fluid is modern steel
As for safety, a gunsmith knowledgeable would have to xheck your particular gun to determine that

Twist is actually a lower-grade than a true Damascus. There are a couple makers that load low-pressure smokeless shells specifically for a damascus application. RST is one of the makers, I think...
