I thinking of selling my SP101 .357 . its in mint condition I only put about 150 rounds through it. One of my friends wants to buy it but I have know idea what would be a fair price. I'm thinking $300-$325.

Paid $299 OTD for a LNIB a couple years ago. $300-$400 about right.

New in my area is 430+tax.
If he/she is a good friend $325, if just a part time friend maybe 375.

Just curious why do you want to sell it?
It is one of the most sturdy, well built, and versatile guns in existence.

Was in the local pawn/gun shop yesterday and ran across a NIB Sp101 .357 and it was tagged $499! Ouch! Glad I snagged mine when I did.

NIB here in Texas they run about $475. That is a good price in todays market I think.

Don't really want to but I don't have a shotgun in my house yet and my wife wont let me spend that kind of money but if I can get $325- $350 I can get close to a Rem 870 express or something comparible.

Look for a used Mossberg 500 with a 24 inch barrel. Just a reliable as the remington and you can find them for $150 or less.
