1911 concealed

what is a GOOD holster for small of the back carry, I have one that I carry and nobody has mentioned that they have noticed, but it doesn't fit the gun really well (hand made/ ok quality) not many stores around here to sample or look at holsters

While I can't promise that it's going to fit you very well or be comfortable, I can promise you it's going to fit the gun like a tailored glove. I carry everyday in a covert 28 holster made by Andy, and the quality of work is as good (if not better) then any other holster currently marketed. As an added bonus, it's a pretty damn handsome looking piece of kit. Granted, you're going to have to wait a couple of months, but it's worth waiting to have a GOOD holster.
