The title says it all, Gumby now has 6 weeks to sign all manner of leftist crapolla before Arnold takes office. What legislation is likely to come up and be signed into law in the next 6 weeks?

A total ban on all firearms, instant citizenship for all mexican illegals, raise the sales tax to 50%?

Can California become the new palestinian state?

What damage can Gumby and the left do in 6 weeks?

What can the good citizens of California do to stop him?

He's doing judicial appointments at a record rate. I think Gumby did 7 yesterday.

There needs to be legislation that stops this crap. Once the vote is done, no appointments/pardons/legislation can be signed into law by the incumbent being replaced.

The presidential elections work the same way. Didn't Clinton sign a bunch of executive orders prior to leaving office?

Besides, if they couldn't do anything those last few days/weeks, why wait to replace them? No point having a "figurehead" if they can't do anything.

Insult to Gumby.

I think deposed incumbent should be disarmed (pens removed) the instant the vote is certified. (Still not soon nuff tho)

Allowed 12 hours to remove his stuff and body from the premises.

California's legislative session is closed. No new bills until the legislature meets again in 2004. The only bills Gumby can sign are on his desk already.

While they can't give that POS any new legislation, I saw a sound bite on the news where he was proud that he'd signed 100 new bills on Sunday. It's being reported he has 230 more left to sign/veto. If not acted on, they become law by default on Oct. 12th. I believe they reported he has 70 commision appointments left and almost 50 judges left to appoint.

He's leaving his legacy - and it already smells as bad as he did.

His taint will leave its stench on Ah-nuld and, for that matter, Kalifornia, for years to come.

I've said it before, grayout and the commie legislature will leave their mark on any incumbent Gov. who isn't similarly indoctrinated in marxist-leninism, such that HE will be made the fallguy, with appropriate spin from the 5th columnists of the fourth estate.

Kicking out Red Davis was a good start, but California still needs to throw out most of its legislature and judges.
