This is my first post, so please bare with me. Okay, here's the deal. I recently purchased a rifle from a gun show for a steal of a deal, $50!! It has "U.S ARMS DIV.-A.I.G.INC. North Haven CT. USA MODEL PMA-1P 22 Long Rifle Only" stamped on the barrel. It came with a 4x32 simmons scope mounted and a custom made stock. Sounds great so far, right? But it didn't come with a magazine. I did a little research and found it is a copy of a Mossberg 350 action. I found a magazine on a web site, bought it, had to grind a notch in it and tweak it to get it to work. got everything to fit, and it wouldn't feed correctly. I ended up grinding and polishing a bit of a ramp on the bottom of the chamber so the rounds would feed smoothly. Now the problem I'm having is the shells won't eject properly. It seems like the ejector grabs the shells, but either the bolt isn't going back far enough to hit the firing pin hard enough to eject the shell, or something isn't working properly. Has anyone had a similar problem, or even had or seen the same gun? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! I can find barely any info on this. Thanks.

I can't help you personally, but you might want to visit Rimfire Central which has a specific Mossberg forum where there are very knowledgable participants. Of course, some come here as well.

If it were my gun, I'd take it to a gunsmith and have them work it over and buy any new parts needed if they are available and get the thing running. I have a Mossberg semi-auto rifle that I plan on doing this with. Technically I could take the thing apart and change out various springs and parts as I've done it a number of times. The gun had a habit of breaking pins and an occasional firing pin. It has been parked for a number of years. It is technically in operable condition, but I have not tried to shoot it in about 10 years.
