the prices of these have been going up on a slope that mirrors the national debt. junior passed a 2 year ban on firearms/ammo from russia in retaliation for their invasion of georgia, just before getting out of office.

i don't look for obama to repeal this even if ivan starts playing nice and makes ammends.

you just have to search the web....MAKE VERY SURE THE ADVERTISER ACTUALLY HAS ONE IN STOCK....

Cite? There's a lot of Wolf ammo still coming in. I vaguely recall a ban on military-surplus stuff from Russia. Saigas and Wolf are new production, not military surplus.

I've seen Saiga 12's on Classic Arms for $599 lately.

At last week's gun show I saw a couple of them at $589. They were gone the second time I walked by.

As of now -- the going price for a factory stock S-12 is around $600.

Picked one up at the gun show for $589 before taxes. Got it from Zoom to Boom. I am satisfied with that company. Earlier this year I purchased my fs2000 from them.

this is the best price I have seen on them. Still think it is more than the value of the gun but the best price available.

I gave $550+tax about a month ago. My dealer ordered it from his distributor.

Classic Arms is offering them for $600 and include a $25 case, and an extra factory 5 rd. mag that would go for about $50. If they had that deal when I ordered mine, I would have gotten it there.
