NRA's LaPierre Slams 'Phony' Anti-Gun Propaganda

LaPierre cited other phony studies, one claiming that gun owner are 43 times more likely to be shot than those who don't own guns, another stating that 13 children a day die by gun violence.
Instead, the NRA chief reported, "We have firearms accidents down to the lowest level ever in U.S. history."

Frankly, I thought it was far too short an article. When LaPierre talks, I listen.

That one has been around a while. They get that number by defining "children" as anybody 18 or under so all the gang bangers killed in the street wars become "innocent children" in their statistic.
