I understand that Don Shrum has passed away. That his employees
are restructuring the company. I have tried to contact them for a
barrel I need for my shotgun. They several years ago bought all Brownings inventory or parts for the B-2000s. I tried also to auto order on the site and that seems to work via confirmations but nothing happens....so I suspect that's defunct also. Does abyone here know any of the folks there...?

It will be a while before anything is done with that company and its assets. A large portion of them were bought out and have not been offered for sale. One of the senior salesmen is supposed to be trying to revive the concept, but my guess is that, with the sale of the inventory already done, he will not have access to the parts that once were offered through that company.

Check Jaquas. Yesterday they still had a B2000, 12ga for sale for $195. Had a 26" vent rib, skeet barrel. Gun had been used hard but for the price of a barrel you might have an entire gun. Inventory number was 94283.

Just got a call from J. Mayfield who used to work with Cape Outfitters.
He has the parts and barrels I am looking for so immediately bought
B-2000 barrel at same old reasonable prices (versus twice as much from
Numerick Arms). Really nicce fellow. 573-651-3200 is his number.
