Stile: (stîl) n 1. A series of steps or rungs used for passing over a wall or fence. 2. A turnstile. 3. Carpentry, Any of various upright members framing panels or the like, as in a paneled door, chest of drawers, etc.

...Also the main character in Piers Anthony's Blue Adept series of the 1980s. ;)

That poll will never get out of the editors office.

It doesn't say what they want it to so they'll have to get rid of it. When it doesn't agree with their pre-conditioned point of view the poll is always "artificially skewed".

When it does agree we hear all about the level of statistical significance. I work with research all the time and have watched clients, like broadcast media, play these games before.
